Political scientist, professor and lawyer. Master in Political Science from UnB and Doctor in Law from IDP. He was executive secretary of the Ministry of Justice and legal adviser to the portfolio. He was also an advisor and chief of staff to a minister of the STF and served as a party consultant in the Federal Senate. He has been a political analyst for associations, companies and investment funds for over 20 years.
